ATL Party Rental (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your business and understands that plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, including:

  • ATLPartyRental.com

  • ATL360Photo.com

  • ATLInflatables.com

  • ATLBubbleBall.com

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Balance Payments

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your event.

  • If the balance is not paid on time, ATL Party Rental reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellations

  • 7 or more days before event: Full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • 3–6 days before event: 50% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 72 hours before event: No refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

  • Events may be rescheduled subject to availability.

  • Deposits will be applied to the new date if rescheduled at least 7 days before the event.

  • Reschedules requested less than 7 days before the event may require a new deposit.

5. Weather Policy (Inflatables, Bubble Ball & Outdoor Rentals)

  • For inflatables, bubble ball, and outdoor equipment, rentals may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning, heavy rain).

  • If ATL Party Rental determines that equipment cannot be safely operated, the customer may reschedule without penalty.

  • Refunds will not be issued for weather cancellations; deposits will be applied to a future date.

6. Last-Minute Bookings

  • Bookings made within 5 days of the event may incur a $50 rush fee.

  • Bookings made within 48 hours of the event may incur a $100 rush fee.

  • These fees are non-refundable if the event is canceled.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is not present or the event space is not available for setup at the agreed-upon time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued.

8. Acknowledgement

  • By booking with ATLPartyRental.com, ATL360Photo.com, ATLInflatables.com, or ATLBubbleBall.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
