Waiver / Release of Liability

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ATL Party Rental (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the renter (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking services with us, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in rental activities, including but not limited to the 360 Photo Booth, inflatables, bubble ball, and other party rental items, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or property damage.

  • By booking and/or using our equipment, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that use is at your own risk.

Release of Liability

  • ATL Party Rental, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or claims that may occur during the use of rental equipment.

  • This release applies to all participants, guests, and third parties using the equipment during your rental period.

Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATL Party Rental, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, legal actions, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the use of rented equipment.

Equipment Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of all rented equipment.

  • You are financially responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or misuse of equipment during your rental perio

Media Release (360 Photo Booth Only)

  • By participating in the 360 Photo Booth, you grant ATL Party Rental the right to record, reproduce, and deliver video/photo content for your event.

  • ​You also grant permission for optional marketing and promotional use unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Safety Compliance

All rentals must follow the posted Safety Rules provided by ATL Party Rental, including but not limited to:

  • Adult supervision required at all times.

  • No roughhousing, misuse, or unsafe behavior.

  • No food, drinks, or sharp objects inside inflatables or bubble ball units.

  • Maximum occupancy rules must be followed.

  • Equipment must not be moved or altered once set up.

Binding Agreement

  • This waiver is binding upon the renter, participants, guests, heirs, successors, and assigns.

  • Digital acceptance (via booking form, DocuSign, Jotform, or other approved method) shall serve as a legally binding signature.

Acknowledgement

By booking with ATLPartyRental.com, ATL360Photo.com, ATLInflatables.com, or ATLBubbleBall.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
