Damage & Replacement Policy

This Damage & Replacement Policy applies to all rentals provided by ATL Party Rental, including:

  • ATLPartyRental.com

  • ATL360Photo.com

  • ATLInflatables.com

  • ATLBubbleBall.com

1. Customer Responsibility

  • The renter is fully responsible for the care, custody, and control of all equipment during the rental period.

  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the equipment is in the renter’s possession will be charged to the renter.

2. Normal Wear and Tear

  • Normal wear and tear from proper use is not considered damage.

  • Minor scuffs, scratches, or dirt that can be cleaned with standard procedures are acceptable.

3. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • Any equipment that is damaged beyond standard cleaning or repair will be billed at full replacement value.

  • If items are stolen or not returned, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost.

  • If equipment is damaged but repairable, the renter will be billed for all repair costs plus any downtime caused by the damage.

4. Category-Specific Notes

ATL Party Rental Items

  • Linens permanently stained (wax, ink, paint, grease, or burns) will be charged at replacement cost.

  • Tables, chairs, and décor must not be exposed to fire, water damage, or misuse.

ATL 360 Photo Booth

  • Customer must not move, alter, or tamper with the booth, platform, cameras, or lighting.

  • Damage caused by improper use, spills, or interference with electrical components will result in replacement charges.

ATL Inflatables

  • Units must be set up on safe, flat ground and properly staked/weighted.

  • Damage from improper supervision, pets, sharp objects, food, or unsafe weather use is the renter’s responsibility.

  • Excessive cleaning required due to misuse (mud, paint, food, or gum) will result in additional cleaning fees.

ATL Bubble Ball

  • Balls must be used only on safe, flat, open surfaces free from hazards.

  • Damage from misuse, rough play, improper inflation/deflation, or unsafe environments will be billed at replacement cost.

  • Tears, punctures, or broken straps/harnesses due to negligence are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Billing & Collection

  • Replacement or repair costs will be invoiced to the renter within 7 business days of the event.

  • Payment for damages is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

  • Unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection actions, or legal proceedings.

6. Acknowledgement

By booking with ATLPartyRental.com, ATL360Photo.com, ATLInflatables.com, or ATLBubbleBall.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Damage & Replacement Policy.
